This is a dot art I made in an art class. Yes those are dots. If your wondering how long it took..... it took a while. The rest of the cape part is almost solid black so I decided to change it a little with that fade effect. All well.

ha ha, it was a while ago when I did it but I think it was probably about one school week. which is 90 min a day, 5 days. i guess its not toooo long, but when your dotting forever, it is forever.
